PHASE ONE: ASSESSMENT

Doing a full assessment of your organization gains insights into your financial health, economic challenges, customer perspectives, and position in the market. In keeping with our desire to listen first and then speak, we ask a lot of questions, creating a comfortable environment that encourages everyone to speak openly. We learn what stakeholders are concerned about and gain insights into your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, challenges, threats, and opportunities. If there are processes in your business that can be improved, we can show you how. If there are cash flow, profitability, balance sheet issues, we can strategize on how to resolve them. If there’s a breakdown in communication we can solve it together. At the end of this phase,
you will receive a written report summarizing the results, highlighting areas of concern, and action item recommendations to improve results.

PHASE TWO: BUILDING THE PLAYBOOK

Now that we know the needs of your company, we will work on creating a custom strategy that we use to get everyone in your organization on board. If there are processes in your business that can be improved, we show you how. If there are cash flow, profitability, or balance sheet issues, we strategize on how to resolve them. If there’s a breakdown in communication we solve it together. With all this information in hand, we help you develop a Business Success Number. This number gives everyone in your organization a target to work toward that will address weaknesses or threats we have identified and set your organization up for success. With the Business Success Number as the goal, we structure your employees’ activity into a series of improvement plays. This will encourage them to take ownership in the work that is being done, and we will celebrate with them when they reach their goals.

PHASE THREE: COACHING THE PLAYBOOK

Just because you have a playbook doesn’t mean you know what to do with it. That’s why we come alongside the plans we created for your organization and help you learn how to best put these activities into practice. We coach you as you run the plays and do analysis afterward to make sure your business goals are being reached. We will be there to help you if there is an issue or if tweaks need to be made to the plan. We not only coach the leadership, but we also coach employees on the playbook and what part they play.

PHASE FOUR: MENTORING

Even after the playbook has been implemented and you’ve been seeing your organization reach its goals, we still check in with you. We make sure everything is on track and help you navigate any changes you encounter. Our goal is to come alongside you and your organization to help you reach your goals, enhance and adjust the playbook, and create new playbooks.
